express shipping

If you need your order rushed to you, simply use our ‘EXPRESS’ option for shipping at checkout, we will have your order packed and shipped asap from when you order which would usually be 1-3 days unless we are on holidays.

returns & exchanges

If you have ordered a hairpiece and accidently chose the wrong piece or have changed your mind about the hairpiece, send us an email with your full name, order number and the name of the hairpiece you want to exchange.

This can only happen if the order has not been fulfilled and shipped.

If your order has arrived and you have changed your mind about the piece, If you send it back using the return address label on the back, Exactly how it arrived and still completely sealed, then we can process the exchanged or refund once I have received the hairpiece unopened or damaged. ‘send us an email beforehand’

damaged or faulty goods

If your order comes damaged or received the wrong order, Send us an email with a photo of the damage or that you received different to what you ordered, Then we can arrange a refund or resend the products.
